A long-term customer partnered with us to design and build a heat treat fixture for a critical shaft application.  They were experiencing concentricity issues during the process and needed to improve through-put to increase profitability.  The result weas a highly effective solution that improved through-put, reduced scrap, and enhanced the overall heat treat process.  By engineering the fixture to deliver a more homogeneous atmosphere, we helped ensure greater consistency and part quality.  The collaboration highlights our ability to solve complex challenges with precision design and process driven innovation.
